Now I decided to look on reddit to see what they had to say about it and I found predictable results. They didn't deserve any of that and should get justice for all that they went through and I hope that the two girls' network thrives and helps other victims. I feel absolute heartache for all those victims and what they went through.

Though two and a half years after the film’s release, we were able to maximize its potential social impact as the #MeToo and #TimesUp conversations came to international prominence. In October 2017, we joined forces with The Hunting Ground for an impact campaign that pushed against proposed rollbacks to campus sexual assault guidelines and amplified the voices of survivors. The Hunting Ground takes on this issue with a piercing, monumental exposé of rape culture on campuses. One in five women in college are sexually assaulted, yet only a fraction of these crimes are reported, and even fewer result in punishment for the perpetrators.
